  • 3 tbsp. l finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp. l olive oil

Recipe preparation:

  1. Prepare meat tomato sauce: in a large pan heat the olive oil. Add leek, garlic, minced turkey and stir fry for about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, 2 tbsp. water and 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 min Reduce temperature, add half the basil and peel parmesan, cook the sauce over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickening, approximately 10 minutes
