- 220 gr okra, trimmed and cut lengthwise in half
- 220 gr green beans, trimmed
- 1/4 Art. olive oil
- 0.5 tbsp. panko breadcrumbs
- Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
- 340 gr penne rigate pasta
- 1/3 Art. grated parmesan
- 2 cloves, minced garlic
- 1 tbsp. fresh basil

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the grill to moderate heat. Mix okra and green beans with 2 tbsp. l olive oil; salt and pepper. Transfer to a sheet of foil or to a grill basket with okra slices way down. Fry vegetables, turning over periodically until they are fry and do not become softer, 6-8 minutes.
- Lay on a cutting board. Cut in half beans and longitudinally cut in half large pieces of okra.
- Meanwhile, heat in a small skillet over medium heat the remaining 2 tbsp. l olive oil. Add panko and fry stirring until golden brown, 2-4 minutes. Remove from heat and mix with lemon zest, salt and pepper to taste.
