Freshness of fruits goes well with caramel sweetness, and Dulce de leche is essentially liquid caramel. This Latin American sauce is somewhat similar to boiled condensed milk, but more liquid and different in taste. According to one version, he appeared on light as a result of chance – the maid simply forgot on the stove milk with sugar, and it was boiled until caramel. Dulce de leche perfectly complements tender, slightly fried pears, moreover, it is very versatile and you can water the ice cream with the rest of the sauce, waffles, muffins or used as toppings for cakes and baking.
