Recipes used. volumetric containers: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 250 gr frozen artichokes defrost
- 1 tbsp. frozen peas, thaw
- 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Butter
- 1 tbsp. l flour
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- Grated Parmesan, for sprinkling

Recipe preparation:
- Melt in a pan 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Butter. Add flour and stir, stirring for 1 min. Pour in constantly stirring milk and bring to a boil. Add artichokes, peas, salt and lemon zest, bring to a boil.
- Transfer vegetables to a baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in a preheated oven to 200 C. and bake until golden crust.
