  1. In a traditional way, prepare yeast dough. For this in dissolve yeast and a teaspoon of sugar in warm milk. In a separate beat the eggs with a little salt and sugar. Mix the egg and yeast masses, and add the melted to them margarine. Add 2 tbsp. vegetable oil and mix mass, after which we introduce flour into the mixture and knead the dough. We cover leave the dough with a towel and in a warm place for an hour.
  2. While our dough rises, we peel the apples and chop them medium cubes. Fry the apples over low heat in for 2 minutes, after which we sprinkle them with a small amount sugar (depending on how sour apples are) and mix.
  3. We take out the dough and roll it into small cakes. To the center each cake put a little apple filling. Wrap up pies, close up their edges.
  4. Lubricate the patties with a beaten egg, put them on a baking sheet and send to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Our bake pies will be about 20 minutes.
