The farmers market has long been loved by the average buyer. Already from the names it becomes clear that the dish is made from fresh, vegetables ripened under the summer sun. The recipe is enriched with those vegetables for which they “hunt” in season. The dish is very rich in composition and taste: pasta, meat, cheese and a lot of vegetables – all this under delicious tomato sauce from pan-fried sweet cherry tomatoes with olive oil. Put fried minced meat in sauce from pork sausages, pasta penne, boiled to the state of al dente, toasted mugs of zucchini and the core of artichokes. Everything mix, sprinkle with parmesan, basil leaves and top lay clusters of fried tomatoes right on the branch to give appetizing rustic view. Share with friends: Time: 1 hour. 20 minutes. Difficulty: easy Servings: 4 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 450 gr penne pasta
- 350 gr raw pork sausages, without shell
- 2 – 3 small zucchini sliced in circles
- 1 can of artichoke cores, drain, slice artichokes into 4 parts; or 2 fresh artichokes trimmed to cores and cut into 4 parts
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
- 4 tbsp. cherry tomatoes on a branch
- 3/4 Art. olive oil and optionally as needed
- 1 tbsp. l Sahara
- 1/4 Art. grated parmesan
- 1/4 bunch of basil leaves

Recipe preparation:
- In a large pan with a thick bottom, put chopped garlic and bunches of cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Put the pan on a slow fire on the stove and cook slowly until the tomatoes burst and their juice mixed with olive oil to make a good sauce, about 35-40 minutes.
- Pour water into a large pot, salt and bring to boil over moderate heat. Add the paste and cook until al Dente. Set aside 2 to 3 handfuls of fried tomatoes for serving. WITH remove the remaining tomatoes and mash the tomatoes with a spoon directly in a pan to make a tomato sauce with olive oil and slices of tomatoes. Stir in sugar. It will be pasta sauce.
- Heat 20 ml in a large frying pan. olive oil and fry pork sausage until brown. Put the minced meat on a plate, while cooking zucchini. Pour some more into the same pan. olive oil and fry the zucchini for about 2 minutes so that they browned around the edges.
- Add artichokes and cook another 2-3 minutes. Return to mince pan and stir in pasta and tomato sauce. Shuffle on high heat so that all the ingredients are warmed and covered with sauce. Transfer to a serving platter.
- Sprinkle with parmesan and basil leaves before serving and top lay out clusters of fried tomatoes.
