Recipe preparation:
- In a frying pan over medium heat with olive oil put the red onion. Fry for a few minutes, then add chopped tomatoes, chicken stock, olives, artichoke cores and garlic. Salt with a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put in a pan cooked pasta and mix them with the sauce. Add the pesto sauce.
