- Three carrots on a grater. We cut the garlic and onion very finely. Grind the parsley.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry carrots with onions for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add garlic, herbs, fry for another 1 minute and remove from slabs.
- Add minced meat, salt, pepper to the fried vegetables and carefully mix.
- Beat the egg, add to the minced meat with vegetables and again knead.
- Cook pasta until half ready and put it in a colander.
- In the form we spread 1/3 of pasta, then half the minced meat and sprinkle 1/3 of the cheese. Spread another 1/3 of pasta and the second half stuffing, sprinkle 1/3 of the cheese. Put the remaining pasta and cheese on top. Cover and bake for 35 minutes in preheated to 190 degrees the oven. Enjoy your meal!
