  1. Three carrots on a grater. We cut the garlic and onion very finely. Grind the parsley.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry carrots with onions for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add garlic, herbs, fry for another 1 minute and remove from slabs.
  4. Add minced meat, salt, pepper to the fried vegetables and carefully mix.
  5. Beat the egg, add to the minced meat with vegetables and again knead.
  6. Cook pasta until half ready and put it in a colander.
  7. In the form we spread 1/3 of pasta, then half the minced meat and sprinkle 1/3 of the cheese. Spread another 1/3 of pasta and the second half stuffing, sprinkle 1/3 of the cheese. Put the remaining pasta and cheese on top. Cover and bake for 35 minutes in preheated to 190 degrees the oven. Enjoy your meal!
