- 1 chopped small red onion head or 1/2 medium the size
- 2 minced cloves of garlic
- 0.5 l (2 tbsp.) Cherry tomatoes halves
- 2 tbsp. l capers (rinse and strain)
- 225 gr. quarter sliced frozen cores artichokes (pre-unfreeze)
- 2 tbsp. l chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 1/4 Art. chopped fresh parsley leaves
- Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:
- Boil salted water in a large saucepan over high heat. Add the pasta and cook, stirring occasionally until they are will be ready, but remain tight, 8-10 minutes. Throw it in a colander leaving about 1 tbsp. liquids from cooking.
