  1. Prepare fillet from zander – peel, remove seeds. A little salt.
  2. Pour fish fins, head and bones with cold water. On lightly cook the broth. Strain through a sieve or cheesecloth. A little salt. Paprikash from pike perch
  3. Grease the baking dish with oil. Put zander fillet. Pour in some broth. Cover the mold with foil. Put in the oven warmed up to 200 degrees. Stew fish until cooked.
