- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp grated nutmeg
- 1/2 tbsp. milk
- 1 tbsp. l vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tbsp. premium wheat flour
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 tbsp. l cold butter
- Powdered Sugar and Whipped Cream

Recipe preparation:
- In a bowl, combine milk, vanilla extract, and eggs. Add flour, granulated sugar and salt and beat lightly (it’s okay if there will be few lumps, but not too many).
- Put cinnamon, nutmeg and apples in the pan. Fry apples on moderately low heat until slightly soft, 3-5 minutes. Increase the heat under the apples to medium and add brown. sugar and butter. Cook until syrup is formed, about 3 minutes, then pour all the dough into the center of the pan. Mix apple syrup with a heat-resistant spatula dough to curls formed (the syrup should not completely mix with test). Fry until small bubbles appear around the edges.
- Bring pannekoken to readiness in the oven for 12 minutes. To serve, place an inverted plate with a diameter of 30 cm on top. And turn the pan over to lay the pannekoken. Sprinkle sugar with powder, garnish with whipped cream and enjoy!
