Pannekoken

This dish is a delicious dessert for an evening feast. You can cut it into triangles with a pizza wheel and serve с ванильным мороженым. Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 peeled and peeled and sliced thin Granny Smith Apple Slices
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp grated nutmeg
  • 1/2 tbsp. milk
  • 1 tbsp. l vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tbsp. premium wheat flour
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp. l cold butter
  • Powdered Sugar and Whipped Cream

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a bowl, combine milk, vanilla extract, and eggs. Add flour, granulated sugar and salt and beat lightly (it’s okay if there will be few lumps, but not too many).
  2. Put cinnamon, nutmeg and apples in the pan. Fry apples on moderately low heat until slightly soft, 3-5 minutes. Increase the heat under the apples to medium and add brown. sugar and butter. Cook until syrup is formed, about 3 minutes, then pour all the dough into the center of the pan. Mix apple syrup with a heat-resistant spatula dough to curls formed (the syrup should not completely mix with test). Fry until small bubbles appear around the edges.
  3. Bring pannekoken to readiness in the oven for 12 minutes. To serve, place an inverted plate with a diameter of 30 cm on top. And turn the pan over to lay the pannekoken. Sprinkle sugar with powder, garnish with whipped cream and enjoy!
