Pancakes with Parmesan and Basil

These pancakes are made from fresh corn, which fills them juiciness and summer tastes. Part of corn kernels cut from cobs, is crushed in a blender, and the other part is added to the dough with whole grains that fill the pancakes with a pleasant texture. Add grated parmesan and fresh basil. Fritters will turn out very appetizing, viscous with a bright aroma. Serve them hot with sour cream or other toppings to your taste. Cut grains from 2 ears of corn. Grind half the corn and 1 raw egg in a food processor; transfer to a bowl. Intervene the remaining corn, 1/4 tbsp. flour, grated parmesan and chopped basil, 1 tbsp. l corn starch, 0.5 tsp coarse salt and a little black pepper.
