The festive chicken will turn out to be very tasty and fragrant if it marinate in a mixture of chopped parsley, vegetable oil and bake whole with onions. Cook the chicken at home in advance, since pickling from 3 to 7 hours.

Thoroughly wash the chicken carcass inside, outside and soak paper towels.

In a bowl, mix chopped parsley (leave 3 branches) and butter.

Rub the prepared chicken with salt, ground pepper and generously grease with a prepared mixture of parsley.

Peel the onion (1 pc.) With garlic, chop the onion coarsely and lay everything with the rest of parsley inside the carcass, dress twine the legs, cover and cool for at least 3 hours, or better – 7 hours.

We shift the pickled fragrant chicken into the mold, add chopped onion around (1 pc.), pour in water (½ cup), pour sauce from the bottom of the bowl and put in the oven at 190 degrees by 1.5 hours.

We take out the fragrant chicken with a crisp, shift to dish, decorate with lettuce, tomatoes and immediately serve.
