  1. We chop off rosemary leaves in a bowl, add thyme, leaves oregano and grind with a blender. Send melted to the mixture butter (2 tablespoons), mustard (2 tablespoons), ground pepper, salt and mix again. We put the oven at 200 degrees.

  2. My chicken, dried, put breast down and cut into spine, halves apart and flip. Disconnecting skin from meat, we rub a fragrant mixture of their herbs under the skin and on top. We spread the prepared carcass on a baking sheet with a wire rack.

  3. We put the grate in the oven and bake the fragrant chicken for 1 hour. The remains of mustard and melted butter are mixed and grease the carcass every 15 minutes. We take out juicy, delicious chicken, shift to a dish and serve.
