  1. We wash the chicken carcass, dry it with a paper towel and pickle. For marinade we combine salt, garlic, passed through press, 2 teaspoons ground red paprika and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Marinade grease the chicken inside and out. Put in a container, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator marinate at night.
  2. The next morning we prepare the filling for the chicken. Cook chicken liver in salted water until tender.
  3. Pour 1/3 cup of water into breadcrumbs, add 1 a teaspoon of vegetable oil, stir.
  4. Beat eggs separately, salt and pepper. Fill in the received egg mixture breadcrumbs.
  5. Pass the boiled liver through a meat grinder.
  6. Finely chop the peeled onion.
  7. We combine all the ingredients for stuffing chicken: chopped liver, chopped onion and egg and bread mixture. Meticulously mix until smooth.
  8. We get the pickled chicken and stuff it tightly with liver minced meat.
  9. We fasten the skin with threads or wooden toothpicks so that the filling did not crawl out when baking.
  10. Place stuffed chicken in a baking dish and we send to the oven, pre-heated to 180 degrees, by 1 hour.
  11. During this time, we take the chicken out of the oven a couple of times and water it formed by baking with your own fat. This will create a rosy crust.
  12. When serving, it’s best to cut the chicken into portions, and put the minced liver next to it.
