  1. We wash the pork loin, dry it with paper towels and, to give shape and cover meat with skin as much as possible, we bind cooking twine. Rub with salt and oil.

  2. Onions cut into half rings, spread on the bottom of the form, put the prepared loin on top, sprinkle with caraway seeds and send to a preheated oven at 210 degrees for 1.5 hours (on each kilogram takes 45 minutes).

  3. We take out the fragrant loin, cover it with foil and leave to rest for 30 minutes. Then cut the meat into portions slices and serve with vegetable side dishes and salads.
