  1. Wash and dry the salmon fillet with paper towels or napkins.

  2. In a bowl, spread finely chopped onion, Dijon mustard, add lemon juice, ground pepper, salt (2 pinches) and mix.

  3. Grease the prepared pieces of salmon with vegetable oil.

  4. Cover with a fragrant mustard mixture with onions and spread in form. Put the salmon in the oven for 10 minutes, then pieces turn over and bake for another 5 minutes.

  5. We take out the fragrant juicy salmon and immediately serve on the table with hot garnish.
