In a large bowl, send grated ginger, honey, pour dry wine, rice vinegar, soy sauce and mix. We wash salmon.

Three tablespoons of the prepared marinade pour into another bowl and leave. Put salmon in the remaining marinade, mix and leave for 30 minutes, periodically pieces turn over.

We shift the pickled salmon onto a baking sheet and place in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
