  1. Grate turkey fillet with salt and garlic. Spread with a mixture of yogurt with mustard and put on the foil.

  2. Add a few branches of rosemary, wrap and send in preheated oven to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

  3. Expand the foil and let the poultry meat brown for 15 minutes.

  4. Cut into portions and serve.
