  1. Put chopped garlic, lemon zest in a bowl chopped rosemary, oil, ground pepper, salt (2 pinches) and mix well.

  2. Wash the ham fillet, dry it with paper towels, rub with salt and ground pepper. Spread a piece on the grill with bake, cover with a prepared mixture and send to oven for 1.5 hours.

  3. We take out the ready-made delicious ham, let it stand for 10 minutes, chop and serve with a vegetable side dish and crispy bread.
