  1. We cut the pork fillet into large pieces, potatoes into cubes, onions – in half rings, carrots – in slices, zucchini – in slices. Stir prepared pork slices with paprika, salt, pepper, chopped garlic, if there is time, then they can leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

  2. Put the chopped vegetables in a heat-resistant form, add salt, ground pepper, oil and mix well. Spread in pieces of pork, immerse them in vegetables, cover with a lid or foil and send to the preheated oven at 200 degrees per 1 hour. 20 minutes before cooking, remove the lid so that the vegetables and the meat was fried.

  3. Ready aromatic pork with vegetables, served hot with vegetable crispy salad (cabbage, carrots, onions and vegetable oil).
