  1. Wash the pork ham, soak it with paper napkins, pierce with a sharp knife on top of a piece. Rub with salt, seasoning for pork and insert into the punctures of the clove cap one at a time. Oven set to 140 degrees.

  2. Put the prepared ham in hot oil and fry on all sides until it turns red. In a pan we heat orange juice, add cognac, honey and bring to a boil.

  3. Put the fried pork with cloves in a mold, water a piece of prepared orange sauce and put in the oven for 3 hours. Every hour we take out the boiled pork and generously pour the sauce, and then juice from the bottom.

  4. Take out the juicy boiled pork, leave for 10 minutes, then put on a plate, decorate and serve.
