Oven pork with apples in foil

A festive dish can be prepared at home from pork loin in in the form of a roll with apples in foil. Roast meat soaked in apple juice and it turns out incredibly tasty. To make it even more fragrant; we add pork with mustard.

  1. Wash and dry a piece of pork loin with paper towels. We start cutting the prepared pork from the bottom parts. We cut the thin part to the end.

  2. Then cut in half the thick part into 2 more halves.

  3. We get one thin piece from a whole piece. We cover food with a film, beat well and salt on 2 sides.

  4. Peel apples, seeds and cut into slices. Spread half the prepared slices in the middle of the piece and cover with one part.

  5. We place the remains of apples on top.

  6. Close the second half of the meat and, in order to maintain shape when baking, we tie tightly with culinary twine.

  7. We spread the prepared roll with apples on the foil, place in shape and generously grease with sweet mustard.

  8. Wrap the pork in foil and send it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes.

  9. We take out the fragrant pork with apples, free from foil, cut and serve with your favorite side dish and vegetable salad. To get a brown crust, 20 minutes before cooking increase the temperature to 220 degrees and open the foil.
