  1. Wash pork tenderloin, dry with paper towels, rub with salt, ground pepper and vegetable oil.

  2. Spread the prepared tenderloin on the foil and add on top sprigs of thyme, chopped cloves of garlic. Wrap a piece in foil, place on a baking sheet and send to the preheated oven with 200 degrees for 25 minutes.

  3. Then open the foil and bake for another 10 minutes, until the meat is turns red.

  4. We take out the ready-made delicious tenderloin, cut it and immediately serve with favorite side dish, sauce and vegetable salad.
