  1. My pork tenderloin, rub with salt, ground pepper, sprinkle dried parsley, paprika and sent to the oil. Fry tenderloin on both sides until golden brown and remove on a plate. We put the oven 180 degrees.

  2. After cutting, put the chopped onion into the oil, fry until golden color, pour in the broth, salt, pepper and stew the onion 2 minutes.

  3. Pour onion sauce into a shape, place in the middle fried tenderloin and put in the oven for 15 minutes. Then flip a piece to the other side and bake another 15 minutes.

  4. We take out the juicy pork tenderloin, put it on a plate, pour onion sauce and serve.
