  1. In a bowl, mix the wine, oil (2 tbsp), chopped rosemary, Provencal herbs (2 tsp) and chopped garlic (2 cloves). Pork wash the blade without bones, put it in the marinade and rub it meat. Leave for at least 1 hour.

  2. In a bowl for filling, mix chopped parsley, breading crackers, Provencal herbs (1 tsp), chopped garlic (2 cloves), egg, ground pepper and salt (2 pinches).

  3. Put the pickled spatula on the surface and apply prepared stuffing.

  4. We turn the meat into a roll, fix the culinary twine and rub with salt.

  5. We send the roll into hot oil (2 tablespoons) in a roasting pan and fry over high heat on all sides, seal juices inside.

  6. In a bowl, mix the remaining marinade and broth, pour into a roasting pan with roll and send to the preheated oven at 170 degrees by 1.5 hours.

  7. We take out the finished fragrant roll from the oven, move to plate, free from twine, cut and serve. In the sauce that left after baking, you can add flour (2 tablespoons) and cook, until it thickens.
