  1. We wash the pork knuckle, make cuts on the skin, sprinkle with salt, ground pepper and rosemary.

  2. Spread around the shanks chopped carrots, onions, pour water (1 cup) and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour. After 30 minutes, take out and turn on the other side.
