  1. Wash and dry a piece of pork fillet with paper towels. We divide the piece on the side visually into 3 parts, with a sharp knife from the bottom make a cut along the sides, but do not cut it to the end, and open like a book. On the one hand, we get the thin part, on the other hand thick. Where the thin part goes into the thick again make a cut (divide the thick part in half) and open it like a book, it turns out one thin piece. You can beat off slightly.

  2. Onion cut into half rings, fry until soft in oil, add chopped garlic, chopped mushrooms into slices and fry all until the liquid has evaporated. Salt and pepper.

  3. Sprinkle the prepared pork fillet with salt, ground pepper, put on 3 threads of cooking twine and add on top mushroom stuffing.

  4. We turn the meat with the filling into the roll and fix it with twine. We spread it on a greased baking sheet and send it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 90 minutes.

  5. We take out the ready-made fragrant pork roll, cut and serve with favorite sauce and side dish.
