  1. Take a pork shoulder in a large piece and cut out the upper part, to get an even layer of meat. Sprinkle with salt and seasoning for pork (1 tsp). Skip the rest (250-300 gr.) through a meat grinder with onions. Cut the loaf into pieces and pour milk for 1-2 minutes.

  2. In a bowl, mix the prepared minced meat with chopped parsley, lightly squeezed roll, egg, ground pepper and salt. We put the oven on 180 degrees.

  3. Put the minced pork on the prepared piece of the scapula, we turn it into a roll and tie it with twine.

  4. We send the roll into the form, sprinkle with the rest of the seasoning, add slices of bacon on top, pour 1 cup of water and put in the oven for 60 minutes. 30 minutes after the start of baking, pour juice from the bottom.

  5. We take out the ready-made delicious pork roll, let stand 10 minutes, free from twine, decorate and serve.
