Peel the potatoes and chop coarsely, put them on a baking sheet, sprinkle with salt, pour oil (2 tbsp) and mix.

We wash the pork ribs, cut into bones into 3 parts, rub with salt, oregano and oil (2 tablespoons). Spread prepared slices on potatoes, add whole peeled cloves of garlic and put in the oven at 180 degrees by 40 minutes.

Put the finished juicy ribs on plates, add golden potatoes, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with vegetables and fresh bread.
