Pork ribs will turn out amazingly tasty and tender, if they cook at home in two stages: pre-fry, and then bake with fried onions. A special aroma will add paprika to the ribs.

  1. My pork ribs, rub with salt, ground pepper, put in oil and fry over high heat from 2 sides, until Do not cover with a brown crust. Spread in a roasting pan.
