  1. We wash a whole piece of pork ribs, carefully rub with salt, ground pepper and spread in the form of the size of a piece or on a baking sheet.

  2. Cover the prepared ribs with foil and send to preheated oven at 140 degrees for 1 hour.

  3. After an hour, check the ribs and bake under the foil for another 3 hours.

  4. After 3 hours, remove the foil, generously lubricate the finished juicy grilled ketchup ribs, increase the temperature to 220 degrees and bake for 10-15 minutes until they are browned crust. During this time, the ribs can once again be greased with ketchup.

  5. Take out the fragrant tender ribs and serve with your favorite sauces and crispy bread.
