We wash a whole piece of pork ribs, carefully rub with salt, ground pepper and spread in the form of the size of a piece or on a baking sheet.

Cover the prepared ribs with foil and send to preheated oven at 140 degrees for 1 hour.

After an hour, check the ribs and bake under the foil for another 3 hours.

After 3 hours, remove the foil, generously lubricate the finished juicy grilled ketchup ribs, increase the temperature to 220 degrees and bake for 10-15 minutes until they are browned crust. During this time, the ribs can once again be greased with ketchup.
