Wash the pork neck and cut into thin slices. Spread prepared pieces in a form, add rosemary, pepper, spices for pork (mix to taste), chopped onion, oil (2 tablespoon), salt, mix well, cover and send cool for 1 hour.

Cut the peeled potatoes into slices and mix with paprika, spices for pork, salt and oil (2 tbsp.).

Take the pickled pieces of the neck out of the mold, put them on the bottom 2/3 parts of the prepared potatoes, then a layer of pork with onions and top leftover potatoes. Pour water into the mold (1 cup) and send to the preheated oven at 190 degrees for 1 hour 30 minutes. If the potato starts to burn, cover the form with foil.

We take out the finished flavored pork and potatoes and immediately serve with fresh vegetables and crisp bread.
