The pork meatballs will be very lush and deliciously delicious, if you cook them at home in the oven in onion sauce, garlic and tomato paste. On the side you can make fried potatoes, pasta or boiled rice – to your taste.

We wash the rice, pour water and boil over low heat 7-8 minutes, recline in a colander and cool. In a bowl, mix the pork minced meat, prepared rice, chopped onion (1 pc.), egg, ground pepper and salt. We put the oven at 200 degrees.

We form 8 balls from the prepared meat mixture, spread in a greased form with the sides and put in the oven for 20 minutes.

In oil, fry the onion half rings with sliced garlic, add tomato paste, flour and mix.

Pour water into the fried vegetables with tomato paste (2 cups), salt, pepper and bring to a boil.

We take out the almost finished meatballs, pour in tomato sauce and send to the oven for another 15-20 minutes, until the sauce thickens.

We take out the fragrant meatballs from pork, put them on plates, add fried potatoes, pour sauce and serve with sauerkraut and fresh bread.
