  1. We wash the pork loin, cut into pieces 1.5 cm wide, beat lightly, sprinkle with salt, freshly ground pepper and marjoram (leave a little).

  2. Pear peeling, seeds and cut into slices, onions – half rings. Put the prepared pieces in a greased form pork and pear, alternating with each other. Sprinkle with chopped onion and remnants of marjoram.

  3. Evenly pour the pork with pears cream and send to preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Then form take out, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 30 minutes.

  4. We take out the ready-made escalope with pears in cream and cheese, serve with mashed potatoes and vegetable salad. The dish can be seasoned with any spices to taste.
