  1. Squeeze a lemon in a bowl, add chopped garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, ground pepper, salt, paprika, oil and mix. We wash the pieces of pork loin, send to lemon sauce, mix, rubbing meat, and leave for 30 minutes.

  2. We shift the pickled escalope onto a baking sheet, place in oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, then turn the pieces over and bake another 10 minutes.

  3. We take out the juicy, delicious escalope, put it on plates with garnish, sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
