A very juicy and delicious pork knuckle can be cooked at home in oven, if you pre-marinate it in brine with garlic, parsley, peas, ground caraway seeds and salt for 48 hours.

Thoroughly wash the pork knuckle, scraping the skin with a knife. Garlic peel and finely chop.

In boiled cooled water (1.7 l.) Put prepared shank, add garlic, ground cumin, peas, salt, parsley, ground pepper, mix, cover and send to refrigerator for 48 hours. After 24 hours, turn the knuckle.

We take out the pickled shank from the brine, saturate with paper with towels, spread in a heat-resistant form, rubbed with oil, chili peppers and paprika.

Pour water (1 cup), cover the prepared shank in paprika with a lid and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 2 hours 30 minutes.
