Tasty and incredibly fragrant pork ham if you cook it at home in a marinade of mustard, dried apricots, garlic, fresh rosemary, thyme and bake in the oven at low temperature.

  1. Wash dried apricots 1 hour before cooking and soak in warm water. Put the prepared dried apricots in a blender bowl, peeled garlic, rosemary, thyme, chili flakes, mustard, salt (1 tsp), ground pepper (½ tsp) and chop everything.

  2. Wash the pork ham, soak it with paper napkins, put in a mold and rub on top and sides of the prepared mustard mixture. Cover the piece with foil and send to refrigerator for 2-3 hours, preferably at night.

  3. Preheat the oven at 160 degrees and put the pickle in it ham under the foil. We bake boiled pork for 1 hour, then remove the foil and cook another 30 minutes.

  4. We take out juicy fragrant boiled pork in mustard sauce, give stand for 10 minutes, chop and serve with your favorite side dishes and vegetable salads.
