  1. Pieces of pork neck are cut into portioned pieces (6 pcs.) And put in a baking dish. In a bowl, mix the oil, broth, chopped thyme, crushed garlic, pepper and salt (3 pinch) and pour into the meat. Rub the pieces of the neck with the marinade, cover and cool for at least 1 hour.

  2. Pour water (100 ml.) Into a mold with a pickled neck, cover foil and send to the oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Then remove the foil, turn the pieces of meat and bake at 200 degrees for another 15 minutes.

  3. Fragrant juicy pieces of the neck are served hot with a side dish and light vegetable salad. Marinade can optionally be supplemented with any herbs and spices to taste.
