  1. Wash breast fillets, sprinkle with salt, ground pepper, put in a plastic bag and beat off with a hammer. Bread slices with a small amount finely grated cheese (1 tablespoon) and fry in oil until golden brown with two sides. We put the oven at 230 degrees.

  2. Rub the remaining cheese on a medium grater. Fried slices send the chicken to a baking sheet, grease it with tomato sauce (you can take any to taste), add the prepared cheese on top and set in the oven for 10-15 minutes (the cheese should melt).

  3. We take out the aromatic fillet with tomato sauce and cheese immediately serve with your favorite hot side dish.
