Although the bream is quite bony, I still bake it evenly in the oven when they bring it to me from fishing. The main thing is that there was a large fish, and the bones will be large in it. But of course such way you can cook any other fish at home deliciously. For garnished with fish, baked vegetables are ideal.

- Cut carrots, onions and sweet peppers coarsely.
- Mix carrots, onions, peppers, green beans in a bowl.
- Add salt, pepper, fresh or dried thyme and garlic. Garlic is a must!
- Add any vegetable oil that you like. Everything mix.
- For bream mix: oil with salt, pepper, dried herbs.
- Coat the fish on both sides.
- Arrange the onion in half rings in a mold. Put fish on the onion.
- Inside the fish put a few twigs of dill and slices lemon. Dill on top of the fish.
- Arrange a mixture of vegetables around the bream. Lay on top of vegetables slices of tomatoes.
- Cover with foil and bake at 200º for about 40 minutes.
- My form is deep and the dish was quite cramped. If you spacious form or baking sheet, then cook faster.
