  1. Clean the fish from scales, cut off the head, gut and very rinse thoroughly. After this bream must be cut into 2 parts along the ridge.

  2. Sprinkle each part of the bream on both sides. seasoning for fish, salt and two kinds of pepper.

  3. Wash and dry the potatoes well. Add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, salt and chopped onions.

  4. Transfer all ingredients to one large baking sheet and bake at a temperature of 220 degrees for 40 minutes, after that reduce the oven temperature to 160 degrees and bake products still 20-30 minutes.
