  1. We wash the pork on the bone, wipe it with paper towels, sprinkle with salt and ground pepper. Melt butter and mix with honey.

  2. We rub the prepared pork with a honey mixture and spread in large clay pot or heat resistant mold. Pour beer, water (½ cup), cover with foil and send to a cold oven.

  3. Turn on 200 degrees and bake steaks for 90 minutes, in 10 minutes before cooking, remove the foil and bake so that the pieces are covered brown crust.

  4. Fragrant delicious boneless steaks served hot with potato salad and fresh bread.
