  2. After an hour, add oil, sour cream, add salt and the remaining flour. Knead. Leave for another hour.
  3. Grate pumpkin with cheese, add butter, spices and thyme leaves.
  4. Divide the dough in half (there will be 2 pies).
  5. We roll each half into a cake, put half fillings, pinch the edges to the center, put the pinch down and roll out into a cake.
  6. Transfer the cake to a baking sheet, make a hole in the center.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Grease hot cake oil.
