  1. Cooking the dough: in a deep bowl, mix the flour, yeast, salt and sugar, add kefir (room temperature), knead the dough, in add a couple tablespoons of vegetable oil at the end of the curtain and leave the dough warm for 40 minutes so that it rises.
  2. Cooking the filling: boil the potatoes until tender, then knead it and mix with sour cream, grate Ossetian cheese on coarse grater, mix with potatoes and form from the resulting masses of 3 large balls.
  3. Divide the dough into three parts and form a small pancake 2 cm thick, lay out the filling and cover the edges of the dough, turn over the ball with the seam down and wrinkled with your hands to get a thick Damn, make a small incision to release the steam.
  4. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, put the resulting pie and send to the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 °.
  5. Stack the resulting pies and grease each layer butter, cut portionwise.
