  1. Cooking the dough: mix milk, warm water, salt, sugar and yeast. Pour in flour and knead the dough. Pour in oil and again mix the dough. Cover the dough and leave for 1-1.5 hours on rise.
  2. Cut beetroot leaves, green onions and dill, mix with cheese, to salt.
  3. Collect the pie, level it with your hands and make a hole in the middle.
  4. Put the pie in a dry hot pan, bake in advance preheated oven at the highest heat for about 15 minutes.
  5. Grease the finished cake with plenty of butter.
  6. Cut the cake into 8 pieces.
