  1. Grind flour with 300 gr. butter in baby
  2. Add 3 egg yolks, sour cream, soda and knead the dough.
  3. We remove the finished dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. We get the dough, divide into 9 equal parts.
  5. For the filling: grind the nuts in a blender into small crumbs (but not in flour), add sugar and mix. The filling is ready.
  6. Roll out the dough square. The first layer should be a bit thicker than subsequent layers.
  7. We spread the first layer of dough. Beat egg whites and grease each layer, apply the filling and repeat this process. The last layer should be the dough.
  8. Cut the resulting pie with rhombuses, grease with yolk and decorate with nuts.
  9. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
  10. 5-10 minutes before readiness we take out the baklava and lubricate it honey with melted 50 gr. butter. Return to the oven bring to readiness
