- Grind flour with 300 gr. butter in baby
- Add 3 egg yolks, sour cream, soda and knead the dough.

- Roll out the dough square. The first layer should be a bit thicker than subsequent layers.
- We spread the first layer of dough. Beat egg whites and grease each layer, apply the filling and repeat this process. The last layer should be the dough.
- Cut the resulting pie with rhombuses, grease with yolk and decorate with nuts.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
- 5-10 minutes before readiness we take out the baklava and lubricate it honey with melted 50 gr. butter. Return to the oven bring to readiness
