Many of us love puff pastry. Usually such baking happens sweet. I propose to cook at home a layer cake with filling from onion. It turns out not quite usual, but also very tasty!

- Defrost puff pastry.
- Peel and chop the onions in half rings, heat in a pan vegetable oil. Fry the onion in it for 5-7 minutes until golden colors. Pepper and salt.
- Beat all eggs, mix with grated cheese and sour cream.
- Divide the dough into two unequal parts so that one of them is twice as large as the other. Roll a larger piece into a rather plump cake.
- Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, put in it dough and stretch on the sides. Put onion, pour on top sour cream and egg mixture.
- Roll out the remaining dough, cut into long strips and lay crosswise over the filling. Grease with egg yolk.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 220 C.
