  1. Cut vegetables, zucchini and bell pepper into strips, tomato – circles.
  2. Fry the zucchini in a pan with vegetable oil for 5 minutes for excess moisture to leave it.
  3. After frying, put tomatoes and Bulgarian on zucchini pepper.
  4. In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt, black pepper, granulated garlic and milk.
  5. Pour the vegetables with the egg mixture and put in the preheated oven to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
  6. Put the omelet on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Omelet with vegetables in the oven is ready to serve. Bon appetit and be healthy.
