- Cut vegetables, zucchini and bell pepper into strips, tomato – circles.
- Fry the zucchini in a pan with vegetable oil for 5 minutes for excess moisture to leave it.
- After frying, put tomatoes and Bulgarian on zucchini pepper.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt, black pepper, granulated garlic and milk.
- Pour the vegetables with the egg mixture and put in the preheated oven to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Put the omelet on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Omelet with vegetables in the oven is ready to serve. Bon appetit and be healthy.
