  3. Fry the mushrooms with onions in butter. Mushrooms need salt and pepper immediately until excess liquid has evaporated from them.

  4. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Stir until smooth with a pinch salt.

  5. Pour milk into eggs and beat with a whisk until a small foams.

  6. Combine the finished mixture with mushrooms and onions.

  7. Bake over low heat under a lid.

  8. Sprinkle the finished omelet with chopped herbs.
